A professional day of learning, reflection, an community building for school presidents, principals, vice principals, department chairs, and math department heads, dealing with issues and challenges of maintaining the highest standards of mathematics instruction and student achievement.

Dr. Steve Ritter,

Carnegie Learning’s Senior VP for Research and Development

Dr. Ritter helped to found Carnegie Learning in 1998 and served as its Senior VP of Research and Development since its inception.  Dr. Ritter is leading authority on how students think, learn, and apply new knowledge in mathematics. At Carnegie Learning, Dr. Ritter focuses his research specifically on developing and evaluating intelligent teaching systems and other models of instruction that help children to learn more effectively.
