Morning Session: Good to Great, Stewardship and Catholic Education

How do we turn good Catholic schools into great ones?  How do we use the gifts, talents and resources available to us to make this happen?  And what truth must we face to achieve greatness?  This presentation will lead us through the principles discovered in Jim Collins’, landmark book, Good to Great and apply them to the themes of Christian stewardship, and what our Catholic schools must do to meet the challenges of the 21st Century.  This session will face issues squarely, pulling no punches in a real world look at what must be done to achieve greatness!

Afternoon Session: What’s Our First Priority?

It’s all about admissions and marketing.  This session will review some practical ideas about these topics and focus on the “brutal truth” of the top priorities of revenue generation in Catholic schools.
