- Design and deliver a two part workshop presentation for the National Catholic Educational Association Convention in Anaheim regarding the process and implementation of Common Threads. (Part I: Educational Symposium; Part II: Common Threads and the Strategic Plan)
- Develop processes and procedures for the Archdiocesan School Board to source funding independently for certain initiatives within the strategic plan, thereby facilitating their implementation.
- Develop a process for highlighting and communicating to constituents a summary of Archdiocesan School Board actions.
